EdSys

AI in EdSys

AI takes the routine, a person decides

A lead brief and reply draft for the manager, an AI responder in Telegram, a homework review draft for the teacher. The center's director enables it.

Three features

For the manager, the responder and the teacher

01 · Sales

Sales manager assistant

Opening a lead card, the manager gets a short brief: who this is, what they asked, which courses interest them, what was promised last time. Another button drafts a reply in the center's tone, and a note after a call is parsed into the card fields.

02 · Inbox

AI responder in Telegram

When a client writes to the center's bot and the manager is busy, the responder understands the question and answers from the center's knowledge base: prices, schedule, address, how to enroll. It is not a template autoreply: it holds the conversation, collects a name and phone and creates a lead. A hard question or a request for a person is handed to the manager, and the responder goes quiet.

03 · Learning

Homework review draft

The teacher gets a review of the student's work, whether text, PDF, code or a photo of a notebook, with comments, a note for the student and a suggested score on the center's scale. The teacher sets the grade; the student sees only what the teacher confirmed.

Boundaries

What AI in EdSys does not do

Only what is needed for the answer goes into requests. Processing follows the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on personal data.

  • It does not set grades or send them to students: only a draft for the teacher.

  • It does not write to clients on the manager's behalf until the director enables the responder, and it does not continue when the client asks for a person.

  • It does not decide on debts, expulsions or discounts and does not change card data without an employee's confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

Does anything need to be set up for AI to work?
The director enables the needed features in center settings and confirms the data processing notice. The responder also needs the center's knowledge base: prices, schedule, addresses, answers to frequent questions.
What data goes to the model provider?
Only the content of the specific request: the note text, the lead card or the student's work. Providers work on paid tiers where data is not used to train models.
Can we switch AI off for our center?
Yes, at any time: each feature is switched off separately in center settings.
Does the responder reply instead of the manager?
Only until the manager joins the conversation and only from the center's knowledge base. As soon as the client asks for a person or the question goes beyond the base, the responder hands the dialog to the manager.
Does AI make mistakes when reviewing homework?
It does, which is why the result is a draft. The teacher sees the comments and suggested score, edits them and only then publishes the grade.
