Who it's for
CRM for a tutoring center
EdSys fits tutoring centers that teach in groups and mini-groups: teacher schedules, a gradebook, rate-based payroll for delivered lessons, passes and debts. For a solo tutor without groups the system is overkill — we're honest about that below. Currently free.

Teacher schedules
Every teacher has their own lesson grid on the web and in the app; rescheduling checks classroom availability and students are notified automatically.

Passes and debts
Passes for a number of lessons, monthly or per course. Remaining lessons and debtors are visible to the administrator at once; payments — cash, Payme or Click.

A workspace for every student
Schedule, homework, materials and payments in the app. Parents of younger students use the child's account.

Mini-groups and one-on-one formats
A group can consist of a single student: schedule, gradebook and payments work the same for mini-groups and individual lessons.
Rate-based teacher payroll
Rates live in the employee profile; pay is calculated from delivered lessons in the gradebook, not from a notebook at the end of the month.
Room to grow into a network
Branches, roles and permissions in one account: when the center grows, there is no need to migrate elsewhere.
Who EdSys is not for
- Individual tutors without groups: the system is built for a center with groups, a schedule and a team — for one person it is overkill.
- Schools and universities that need state reporting: EdSys does not produce government forms and does not replace state records systems.
- Centers that need to work fully offline: EdSys is a cloud service.
