Account deletion

1. Deleting your account in the app

This works both in the mobile app and in the app.edsys.uz web version:

• In the mobile app open the “More” tab and choose “Profile”. In the web version open “Profile” in the left menu.
• Scroll down to the “Delete account” card — it is at the very bottom.
• Enter your current password and tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Once confirmed, signing in becomes impossible immediately.

2. Deleting your account by request

If the app is uninstalled or you cannot access your account, fill in the form at the bottom of this page. Include:

• The phone number the account is registered to.
• Your first and last name as recorded at the learning centre.
• The name of the learning centre.

We will contact you to confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days of that confirmation.

3. What gets deleted

Everything that can identify you is erased permanently:

• Phone number, first and last name, date of birth and address if they were provided.
• Profile photo.
• Files, images and voice recordings attached to homework.
• Password and all sign-in tokens.
• Push notification tokens and the Telegram link.
• Personal comments and messages sent through the app.

4. What is kept

The learning centre is required to keep some records for reporting. They stay with the centre in anonymised form — without your name, phone number or anything else that could identify you:

• Class attendance marks.
• Grades and homework review results.
• Tuition charges and payments — as accounting rules require.

Once anonymised, these records can no longer be linked back to you.

5. Timelines

• Account access ends immediately after the deletion is confirmed.
• Personal data is anonymised within 30 days.
• Backups that might still contain the data are overwritten within 30 days at most.

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you return to the learning centre, a new account will have to be created.
