Terms of Use

The rules for using EdSys — the app.edsys.uz website and the mobile apps for Android and iOS.

Last updated August 10, 2026

1. Scope

EdSys is a software service for learning centres. It helps run schedules, mark attendance, give grades, assign and review homework, and track payments.

These terms govern the relationship between you and EdSys as a software provider. Everything about the tuition itself — price, schedule, teaching quality, refunds — is governed by your agreement with the learning centre; EdSys is not a party to it.

By starting to use the service you accept these terms.

2. Your account

Accounts are created by the learning centre. Self-registration in the app is not available: you sign in with the phone number the centre entered into the system.

You are responsible for keeping your password and your device safe. Any action taken under your account is considered yours.

If you suspect someone else has used your access, change the password in your profile and tell your learning centre's administrator.

3. Roles and access

What you can access is defined by the role your learning centre gave you: student, teacher, administrator, owner. One person may have access to several centres or branches — in that case they choose where to sign in after logging in.

The learning centre may change or revoke your role. The mobile app supports the student and teacher areas; management features are available in the web version.

4. Rules of use

While using the service, you agree not to:

  • Upload material that breaks the law or infringes other people's rights, or that is abusive or misleading.
  • Try to access other people's accounts or other learning centres' data.
  • Disrupt the service: bulk automated requests, bypassing limits, probing for vulnerabilities without our consent.
  • Impersonate another user or member of staff.
  • Copy or distribute the centre's study materials without its permission.

5. Your content

Files and texts you upload — homework answers, comments, profile photo — remain yours. You grant us the right to store and display them within the service to the people they are addressed to: your teacher, the centre's administrator.

You are responsible for having the right to upload that material.

We may remove material that breaks the law or these terms, notifying the learning centre.

6. Payments

A payment made in the app is a payment for tuition to your learning centre. The contract with the payment system is signed by the centre itself and the money goes to its account; EdSys is neither the payee nor a payment agent.

The payment page opens in an external browser on the payment system's side (Payme, Click). Card details are entered there and never reach EdSys.

Questions about tuition price, discounts, recalculation and refunds are handled by the learning centre under your agreement with it.

The EdSys service itself is paid for by the learning centre under a separate contract: for students and teachers the app is free.

7. Service availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: scheduled maintenance, updates and provider outages are possible.

We announce scheduled maintenance that noticeably affects users in advance.

The set of features may change: we improve existing ones and add new ones.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of data in the system, for content entered by the learning centre or by users, or for the quality of the tuition.

We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, by loss of account access through your own fault, or by third parties who obtained your password.

Nothing in these terms limits either party's liability beyond what the law allows.

9. Ending access

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time — see the Account deletion page.

The learning centre may revoke your access — for example when you leave the centre or the job.

We may restrict access in case of a serious breach of these terms or of the law, notifying the learning centre.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page, with its date shown at the top.

If you keep using the service after changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted them.
