What EdSys works with

Online payments via Payme and Click are credited to the student automatically, notifications go out via Telegram, SMS, email and push, students migrate from Excel together with payments, and contracts print from your Word templates. Only what already works for centers is listed here.

  • 9 integrations
  • No connection fees
  • Merchant keys stay with the centre

Four jobs of a centre

Money, messages, migration and documents

01 · Online payment

The payment arrives by itself and closes the charge

PaymeLive

Payme

The center connects its own Payme merchant and EdSys gives the student a payment link or QR. The incoming payment is credited to the right charge automatically and the debt closes without the cashier.

ClickLive

Click

Works like Payme: the center's merchant keys, a payment link in the notification and student account, automatic crediting. The provider's fee is paid by the center directly under its own contract.

02 · Messages

One scenario, four delivery channels

Telegram first, SMS as a fallback, email alongside Telegram, push counted separately. Delivery failures are explained in the log.

Telegram bot

Students, parents and staff connect the center's bot once and receive notifications: schedule, reschedules, grades, payment reminders. The bot also lets them log in.

Telegram inbox

Client messages to the center's bot land in the manager's inbox in the CRM, with history, media and a link to the lead. Replies go straight from the system.

Eskiz

SMS via Eskiz

The center enters its Eskiz account and sender name; template texts pass the operator's moderation. SMS then go out for the scenarios you enabled, and delivery failure reasons are visible in the log.

Email

Notifications and director digests arrive by email when the recipient has no Telegram. Emails are sent from the EdSys mail server; email texts are configured separately from SMS.

Push in the app and browser

The app for students, teachers and parents receives push notifications about lessons, grades and payments; staff get browser notifications on the web.

03 · Migration

From Excel with balances and payments

Microsoft Excel

Import from Excel

The student spreadsheet is uploaded on a dedicated page: rows are checked and fixed in place, balance, recorded payments and parent contacts are transferred as they are.

04 · Documents

A contract from your Word, a receipt on the tape

Microsoft WordPDF

Word and PDF

The center's contract is uploaded in Word as it is and filled with variables; you get a PDF, addenda and the scanned signed copy on the student card. Receipts print on 58 or 80 mm paper.

5880

Printed receipt

The cash desk prints a receipt as the payment is taken: 58 or 80 mm tape, the centre's header, a number from its own counter and a QR code to pay the balance online when Payme or Click is connected.

How to connect

Three steps, no developer needed

EdSys Academy lessons
  1. 1

Get the keys from the provider

A Payme or Click merchant, an Eskiz account, a Telegram bot. The contract with the provider belongs to the centre, EdSys is not a party to it.

  2. 2

Paste them into the centre settings

Cash desk keys under finance, Eskiz under notifications, the bot under Telegram. Save, and it works without a restart.

  3. 3

    Test it on yourself

Send yourself a test notification and make the first payment through the link from a student's cabinet. From then on it runs by itself.

Frequently asked questions

Does EdSys charge for integrations?
No. Every integration is included in any plan. Payme and Click fees and SMS costs are paid by the center directly to the providers.
How do we connect Payme or Click?
Sign a contract with the provider, get the merchant keys and enter them in the center settings. Payment links then appear in notifications and the student account.
Can we work without SMS?
Yes. Most centers start with the Telegram bot: the bot link is sent to students in chat and notifications go out for free. SMS can be added later if needed.
Is there a Google Calendar integration?
Not yet: the app is going through Google's review. When it is done, we will write about it in What's new.
Is there a public API?
Not yet. If you need an integration with another system, write to us: we will look at the task and suggest an option.
Can we migrate from another CRM?
Yes: export students and payments to Excel and upload them to EdSys. During migration we help check the file and map the fields.
