Flashcards with auto-generated audio, five study modes — from cards to pair matching, spaced repetition and pronunciation recording from the microphone. A ready-made catalog of materials can be copied and assigned to groups.

Homework with review

A student submits work in the app — as a file or an audio recording; the teacher works through the review queue. The grade lands in the gradebook and the student sees it immediately.

Who EdSys is not for

  • Individual tutors without groups: the system is built for a center with groups, a schedule and a team — for one person it is overkill.
  • Schools and universities that need state reporting: EdSys does not produce government forms and does not replace state records systems.
  • Centers that need to work fully offline: EdSys is a cloud service.

Frequently asked questions

Does EdSys work for a school with several languages?
Yes. Courses and groups are not tied to a language: English, German, Korean and other tracks live in one system with their own curricula and teachers.
How do I track levels A1–C2?
A level is a course with its own curriculum: create "English A2", form groups and move students to the next level as they progress.
Are there vocabulary trainers?
Yes: flashcards with auto-generated audio, tests, five study modes and spaced repetition. There is a ready-made catalog of materials you can copy.
Can I move the school's database over from Excel?
Yes, with a bulk import together with groups, balances and payment history. Migration usually takes a day.
How much does a CRM for a language school cost?
