Who it's for
Software for a kids' center
EdSys is software for a kids' development center: clubs and age groups, schedule, attendance, lesson passes and parent communication through Telegram, SMS and pushes. Accounts for younger students are registered to their parents. Currently free.

Parents always in the loop
Parent contacts live in the child's profile, and a younger student's account is registered to a parent. Parents learn about a rescheduled lesson, a grade or a payment from Telegram, SMS or a push — no calls needed.

Attendance in one click
The teacher marks attendance from a phone within the lesson window. Absences are visible at once — the administrator calls from a call queue, not from memory.

A schedule without collisions
Rooms are checked for availability when lessons are created or moved. The weekly grid across all tracks is right in front of you.

Retention and renewals
A risk group based on absences, renewal forecasts and anonymous feedback — you see which clubs are losing kids and why.

Groups by age and track
Robotics, English, school prep, chess — every track with its own curriculum, groups and teachers in one system.
Lesson passes and payments
A pass for a number of lessons, monthly billing or per course — you choose the model. Debtors are visible at once, online payments run through Payme and Click.
Who EdSys is not for
- Individual tutors without groups: the system is built for a center with groups, a schedule and a team — for one person it is overkill.
- Schools and universities that need state reporting: EdSys does not produce government forms and does not replace state records systems.
- Centers that need to work fully offline: EdSys is a cloud service.
