Parents get their own portal: all their children, the schedule, attendance and payments in one place. They learn about attendance, a rescheduled lesson, a grade or a payment from Telegram, SMS or a push — no calls needed.

Lesson passes and payments

A pass for a number of lessons, monthly billing or per course — you choose the model. Debtors are visible at once, online payments run through Payme and Click.

Who EdSys is not for

  • Individual tutors without groups: the system is built for a center with groups, a schedule and a team — for one person it is overkill.
  • Schools and universities that need state reporting: EdSys does not produce government forms and does not replace state records systems.
  • Centers that need to work fully offline: EdSys is a cloud service.

Frequently asked questions

Can a parent follow their child's lessons?
Yes: parents have their own portal on the web and in the app — the schedule, attendance, grades and payments for every child, plus attendance notifications in Telegram and by push.
Does it work for clubs and sections?
Yes, any track works: from robotics to chess. Groups, schedule and payments are set up the same way for all of them.
How do lesson passes work?
Paying with a pass for a number of lessons is supported alongside monthly and per-course billing — you choose the payment model.
From what age can students be enrolled?
Any age: the app is intended for users 13 and older, and for younger children the account is registered to a parent or legal guardian.
How much does software for a kids' center cost?
From 390,000 UZS per month — the plan depends on the number of active students, with every module included. A free period is running now: we'll announce the launch of paid plans in advance. Details are on the pricing page.
