What shipped in the system: new features, improvements and what they change for a learning center. Entries appear once a feature is live for every center.

Highlight of the month Finance ·
The cash desk prints a receipt as soon as a payment is taken: 58 or 80 mm paper, the center's header, a number from your own counter and a QR code for online payment. The layout is built in a constructor with live preview; reprint from the payments log or the student card.
Platform
When a message does not arrive, the log says why: no Telegram, SMS template not approved, no address. Email became a channel for every role, and SMS and email texts are configured separately.

Short video lessons inside the system: “Start” for the director, “Teaching” for teachers and “Sales” for managers. Progress counts by watching, and the lesson language follows the center's language.

One search box from anywhere in the system: students, leads, groups, staff, parents, courses and payments by receipt number. Recent records show up instantly; “Show all” opens the full list with that query.
Teaching
Center settings define how long after a lesson the teacher can mark attendance. Marking after the deadline needs a separate permission, and a push notification reminds about an unfilled register.
Finance
Upload your contract in Word as it is and place the variables: center, course, manager and client details fill in automatically. You get a PDF, addenda and the scanned signed copy on the student card.
Platform
Sections follow the employee's permissions: overview, finance, leads, learning, team, feedback, retention, inbox and branches. Charts instead of tables, and everyone arranges the blocks their own way.
Center website
Ready templates with every block and curated photos, an editor with preview in a separate pane, and your content carried over when you switch templates. A request from the site still lands straight in the sales funnel.
Platform
Every morning and every week the director gets a digest in Telegram, by email or push: money, attendance, leads, risks. Parents receive a monthly report about their child.
Sales and CRM
Calls, notes and tasks on the left, a sticky auto-saving properties panel on the right. A lead can be interested in several courses, and a manager can take it over with any action.
Finance
A student's debt is calculated by the payment schedule, not by the remaining course balance, so “debtor” means a real overdue. Expulsion closes the enrollment with a refund of the balance, debtors live in one log with expected payments, and the contact history sits on the “Contacts” tab.

Highlight of the month Mobile app ·
A parent sees the child's schedule, attendance, grades and payments and gets notified about absences. The role comes from the parent–student link on the card; no separate invitation is needed.
Finance
The student's enrollment closes with a recalculated balance and refund; an archiving reason is required. Calls and promises from debtors are tracked on the card's “Contacts” tab.

Center settings show how active students are counted per month and which plan that maps to. EdSys is free until the end of 2026; we will announce paid plans in advance.

Highlight of the month Teaching ·
The teacher builds a flashcard set line by line, the system voices the words itself, and the student learns in five modes, from cards to a timed “Match pairs” game with group records. Ready sets come from the catalog and are assigned to lessons.

One shell for all registers: grid or table, a smart filter bar, a summary on top. The group card shows members with attendance and debt; the center schedule has day, week, month and list views.

Notifications now also go by email: if a student or parent has no Telegram, the email will arrive. Channel order is Telegram, SMS, email, push.
Sales and CRM
The manager closes tasks and sets the next ones without leaving the lead card; parent contacts are right there. The day plan shows tasks with a forward horizon, not only overdue ones.

People can be found by any word from the name or phone, ranked by match. Every dropdown searches on the server, not just the loaded page.

Before deleting, the system shows what will disappear: group enrollments, payments, grades, homework. Deletion is a deliberate action from the card's “danger zone”.
Teaching
Transfers between groups and courses, termination with refund and reinstatement, membership history, contracts and the per-lesson register are all on the student card.

Moving from Excel happens on a dedicated page: rows are checked and fixed in place, balances and recorded payments transfer as they are, and so do parent contacts.
Finance
Sell a course monthly, prepaid for the whole period, by weeks and quarters, or as a package of N lessons with an expiry and freeze. Debt is calculated from the balance, the package is spent by attendance and reminds about renewal itself.

Teacher rates account for package lessons, and finance shows how many packages end in the coming weeks and which renewals to expect.
4 updates: gradebook and several teachers per group, files attached to the course plan, invite a student straight from the lead.
Highlight of the month Teaching ·
Grades for lessons, tests and the course result in one register with your own scale, points or pass. A group may have several teachers, each with their own lessons and payroll.
Teaching
Attach files to every topic of the program: slides, handouts, audio. The teacher sees them in the lesson, the student in their account.
Sales and CRM
Once a lead has paid, the manager turns them into a student with one action and sends an invitation to the account. Phones are stored in one format, and the system tells you if a number is already taken and by whom.
Center website
A published site opens at yourcenter.edsys.uz, and a connected domain gets its certificate automatically. Courses and events on the site come from your own system.
