Who it's for

Student tracking for IELTS and CEFR prep

EdSys runs an exam prep center: groups by target score, grades on your own scale, attendance, homework and payments. Every student's progress is visible to the teacher and to the student in the app. Currently free.

Grades like the exam

A custom grading scale: points, percentages or pass/fail. Final grades are published to students, and the trend is visible in the gradebook.

Progress in plain sight

The student sees grades, attendance and assignments in the app; the administrator gets group and performance reports.

Groups by exam and score

IELTS 6.5+, CEFR B2, intensives before the exam date — every group with its own curriculum, intensity and teacher.

Homework and mock work

Assignments with attachments and deadlines — including essays and Speaking audio recordings, a review queue for the teacher, results in the gradebook. Tests in materials work for self-checks.

Strict attendance

Marking happens within the lesson window and the edit history is preserved. Miss a class — land in the call queue.

Who EdSys is not for

  • Individual tutors without groups: the system is built for a center with groups, a schedule and a team — for one person it is overkill.
  • Schools and universities that need state reporting: EdSys does not produce government forms and does not replace state records systems.
  • Centers that need to work fully offline: EdSys is a cloud service.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use IELTS band scores instead of grades?
Yes, the grading scale is configurable: points, percentages or pass/fail — however your center works.
Does it work for CEFR and national exams?
Yes: the system is not tied to a specific exam — groups, curriculum and the grading scale adapt to any format.
How does a student see their progress?
In the mobile app: grades, attendance, homework and materials. Streaks show how regular the practice is.
Is there a ready-made bank of exam tests?
No ready-made bank — you create your own tests and flashcards, or take materials from the shared catalog and adapt them to your exam.
How much does it cost?
From 390,000 UZS per month — the plan depends on the number of active students, with every module included. A free period is running now: we'll announce the launch of paid plans in advance. Details are on the pricing page.
